Florence Lai Rou Juan was my student from January 2011 to December 2012. I have the privilege of being her Class Advisor in the 2 years that she was a student in Visual Communication, School of Design and Media, ITE College Central.

In the 2 years that I have tutored and guided her, Florence has developed into a truly all-rounded outstanding student, capable of handling difficult projects by herself and excelling in them.

Florence is highly disciplined in her approach and is very organized in her handling of assignments and projects. She has exhibited time and again that
she has the hunger and drive to learn new things and push beyond the limits. Due to her diligence, hard work, and talent, she is one of the top students of the 2011 cohort and is truly a shining example to the rest.
