I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Florence and came to recognise her as a highly valuable asset to the team. She is dependable and hard-working, always eager to complete her tasks on time and make a difference.

Beyond that, she has an strong passion for learning and proactively asks questions not only about her tasks, but also about the business. This has led to her taking on tasks not only in design, but also in operations, inventory management and retail sales. Coupled with her open-mindedness and strong sense of professionalism, she is always ready to contribute and help the business grow, even at the expense of her personal interests. Florence is constantly respectful of others and takes feedback to improve herself conscientiously. She perseveres in whatever she does and puts her best works forth. For example, she created our monogram guide, complete with a manual and useful templates, greatly increasing our success rate of the monogram, thus minimising losses.
